Scrappy Potholders

I dont know if I have shared with you all, but I used every little tiny scrap of material and if it unusable I throw it into a pillow.

Scrappy Potholders is what I have made with some oh so tiny scraps and some strips.

I used a double layer of batting for these. This is the only way I have ever made potholders and they always work just fine!

I have a huge amount of tiny scraps that I sew together periodically and make up potholders. Seriously, one can never have enough potholders. I have a few friends locally that are constantly asking for potholders as their kids are really rough on theirs and they get so dirty. I am happy to keep them in supply.

  3. I love this idea! I hear this a fabric that is heat resistant you can put in the middle as well.

  4. What a great idea, I am going to start using my scraps that way. Maybe I can get some off the floor and can call it "cleaning."
